Helping dogs find their forever homes
At Full Pawtential Rehab, we go beyond basic care to prepare dogs for successful adoption. Discover how we teach essential skills, build confidence, and ensure a smooth transition into their new families.

Preparing for a smooth transition
Full Pawtential Rehab helps dogs learn essential house manners, basic commands, and vital socialization skills with both humans and other dogs. This crucial training eases their transition into a new home, addressing potential challenges that adopters might face. Our goal is to make every dog a better candidate for a wider range of homes, significantly increasing their chances of a successful and lasting adoption.

Chavo's transformation
Meet Chavo, our first foster dog. When he arrived, Chavo was anxious and fearful, avoiding interaction and panting with distress. Through consistent care and training at Full Pawtential Rehab, he has blossomed. Now, Chavo confidently seeks attention, responds to calls, sleeps comfortably in his kennel, and is mastering other house manners. He enjoys positive interactions with our resident dog, Merida, learning respectful play, sharing, and simply how to be a happy dog.

A day in our rehabilitation home
When you visit a dog in our care, you'll see a vibrant training environment. We provide plenty of affection and use positive reinforcement to encourage interaction with people. Our resident dog, Merida, plays a crucial role, teaching respectful play and gently correcting any boundary oversteps. You'll observe frequent trips outside for exploration, potty training, and play. We also actively discourage unwanted behaviors and consistently work on mastering basic commands, all within a nurturing home setting.
Our unique, one-on-one approach
What sets Full Pawtential Rehab apart is our commitment to providing a one-on-one, home-based experience for every dog. We specifically focus on addressing individual fear or behavioral issues while also ensuring ample interaction with a safe, stable dog. This unique approach gives our foster dogs the best possible chance of succeeding, especially in homes that already have other canine companions.
